Well I see Guns N Roses got the fucking shaft again, however there are a few good bands in this list who are getting some recognition.  Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Pearl Jam, Green Day, Alice in Chains, AC/DC to name a few, and a ton of the usual suspects on this list, U2, Springsteen etc...

among those songs, i sure hope KoL wins, the song is easily overplayed.. but the band can't help that, they have quite a few good records and songs too IMO :smoking:

i gotta go with Green Day in that category...U2 will prob win though.  Bono is up all the right peoples asses.

Surprised that War Machine is the song nominated from Black Ice. Would've thought it would be Rock 'N' Roll Train or Anything Goes....

Nice to see AIC and "Check My Brain" get recognized, very cool.

A Grammy would icing on the cake to one of the strongest comebacks in recent times.
