Title: Re: 100 Greatest Guitarists Post by: Trist805 on December 04, 2011, 06:18:55 PM Some good choices on there (and some of my favorites): Andy Summers, Dick Dale, Slash, Stephen Stills, Mick Taylor, Tony Iommi,, Buddy Guy, David Gilmour, Jeff Beck. Glad to see Johnny Winter get some respect. He has a very similar style to Slash, but way before him.
Buckethead and Yngwie got shafted though. I also would have included Porl Thompson of The Cure, and Eric Johnson. |
