Some are all in caps and some are caps and lower. I would think all this is official materical and already available?

Civil War video is from the Tokyo DVD/VHS's. Knockin' On Heavens Door is from the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert You Could Be Mine isn't on WTTV because of the T2 scenes in the video.
