They're all in the Old Port section of Portland which is filled with bars and restaurants and they are all within short walking distance of the Civic Center.

Depends on where you're staying, but the suggestions NM gave are all good, and conveniently located to the civic ctr. It's definitely a small-town vibe compared to NYC, but there is a disproportionate number of good restaurants. Some hotels very close to the show, too.
