we have been waiting for new gnr album from1991,and in last 4 years we heard many rumors,so when AXL ROSE would said "my and gnr new album will be realised xx.xx",i think we will not believe in that

i said 1991 because 1991 uyi went out,but i except new album since 1993,i mean real gnr album(not cover or live or gh)

AFAIK, Axl has never given a release date. So it's unfair to say talk is cheap for Axl.

What do you mean? Axl's promised alot and hasn't delivered much. I dont just mean the album, but i mean tours, cancellations etc etc

I won't believe any CD release date untill i have physically bought the album and heard and ensured its genuine....

He has never given a release date.

At this point, I can't imagine him specifying a release date without being absolutely sure that it's in the hands of whomever will put it out in the stores on Tuesday.

So I would believe it, although it feels kinda funny saying it.

Confirmed festival appearances on the other hand...

this board is much smarter then most people i've talked to about CD

I've been saying this for a while that AXL has never given anything official.  I think when Axl gives a release date it will be the light at the end of the tunnel. Alot of albums get delayed fromt he official release date and it could be with Chinese but I think it will be released within a few months of the intended release date.

Or it could come out that day because Axl will probably be completely done recording/editing everything so he can be confident about his release date and if there are any changes he'll have a good amount of changing them.

..btw (kurt loder interview 99) Axl told that record will hopefully come out in 2000...
