I was looking on the Soul Asylum website, and saw that they are under the Sony label, GnR is under the Universal/Geffen label.  So if Tommy were to not officially join SA but still continue to tour with them, wouldnt that be a conflict of interest between the two companies?

Do you think with SA announcing a bigger tour in the future, that Tommy would leave GnR to join SA permenantly?

This is the big one for me. Will he stay or will he go?

Tommy WILL be offered the chance to join them full time I think. Why else would he be appearing with them now, and all over their promotion?

If he takes it Guns is finished, if not, we may see the album this decade.

So it is realistic to say that if he leaves there will be no CD? and if he stays CD may be right around the corner?

And you know this because?

I would love it to be true, but realistically, he has a choice between releasing an album and touring with a well known band, OR sitting at home and knowing he is in a band that was great in the early 90's?
