yeah the band is "special guest" at rar....

gnr won`t play both festivals (rar and rip, who`re supposed to be a double festival), hence the promoters have  to mention that they`re not playing at rip....

that's right.
But I also think by using "special guest" for GN'R they state that the band is kind of a bonus, so if they cancel no-one can be blamed.
