which one is the best?

the dimadozen by dankrass i have... it rocks

i also have that one guy who remastered 6 clips of dankrass...thats good too...

then, just now, two different people remastered the 15th one, on megaupload..one on dimadozen..

i dont know which one to download, or both, or none..

my computer is running out of space so i dont want to waste it and downloading takes a long time...

if anyone has heard all of these.. can they give me advice to which one is best?

Well, this has nothing to do with these being my recordings (really, honest)..... but I always avoid 'remasters' unless its a real special case.

Only time Ill ever consider a remaster is if the tape of the show is real shitty and the remaster makes it 'listenable.'

I sampled the remaster on DaD... I think it hurts the recording. Just my opinion.

That being said, just get all the sources you can and follow the audio golden rule: TRUST YOUR EARS!!

If it sound best to YOU, it is the best.

I find dankrass' original recordings fantastic (best bootlegs I have ever heard) and don't see any need for these "enhanced" and "remastered" versions.

Tried one "enhanced" and really didn't notice any enhancement at all. I thought it sounded craptastic compared to the original.

If I was dankrass I would be very pissed off by these "remastered" versions ruining fantastic recordings and confusing fans. Nice to see dankrass be cool about them though. Smiley

Thank you, dankrass for your recordings! Really appreciate your contribution! beer
