He was with NIN at the time and Trent did produce the record so its possible. The only time I am postitive that they collaborated was a live version of the Beautiful People at Madison Square Garden in either 1999 or 2000.

Wikepdia also says Finck played on POAAF

Robin Finck - synthesis, keyboards (uncredited on album, however Manson has confirmed his involvement)
