I don't think they recorded AFD 3 times.  What I believe they've  done was record demos for the album with 3 different producers . What is something normal in the business.  No record company would spent so much money with a startin band .

Well it wasn't recorded 3 times, there're another producers back then, but AFD was recorded just by Mike Clink, as for I know

Paul Stanley from Kiss was a producer at one time.  He kept trying to change Welcome To the Jungle according to Slash or Axl and they said Fuck you, your outta here.  Pretty much Mike Clink was the only guy that would take the job from what I remember.  The hard part was getting them to studio or something.

Yea axl didn't take kindly to paul's idea that WTTJ wasn't "catchy" enough. He said fuck off and later went on to say he was a queer i think hahaha. I think the hard part was getting them in the studio without a hangover lol.
