Question about Slash / John Fogerty

I was reading here on the message board in an interview slash mentioned he didnt like John Fogerty, but the article never said why, if anyone knows why or a link to why he doesnt like JOhn it would help. Slash seems like a very mellow person and for him to just go out and say he doesnt like him I would assume he had a good reason.

Was John Fogerty the Axl of Creedance?  The ex-members of CCR are not allowed to play CCR songs since John claims he wrote every note to every song.  Who knows, I thought he was a jerk after watching the Behind the Music episode on CCR.

No CCR still plays but instead of being CC Revival, they are CC Revisted, and there is 5 members of the Band. I like CCR alot, I like the Blue Collar Rock sound. I know John wrote and produced most of the songs until the last two albums and then they split up and John went solo and the Bass PLayer and drummer made CC Revisted.

I just looking into this some, I just thought it was kinda ironic because Slash and John Forgerty has guitars next to each other at the Rock N Roll hall of fame.

It was mentioned in the Rolling Stone article from a few months back.  Check Velvet-Revolver.com (HTGTH probably has it too, actually)...

I know i read it here but all it said was something like "Slash mentioned many things, blank, blank, and not liking John Fogerty". I dont remember reading exactly why he doesnt like him.
