i was listening to some GNR and some L.A. guns and thought they were both really good. what if L.A. guns mixed with GNR? I mean L.A. guns has better giutars and GNR has better singing and Bass (drums is about 50,50). Just think what if the band line up had
 
Axl: vocals
Duff:Bass
Tracii guns:giutar
Other giutar:same
Drums:Steve or L.A. guns drummer

i thought it might sound good drool

Traci is fuckin awesome and underated but i have to agree with most others Slash has got a better sound and has come up with the bigger riffs. Gotta go with Slash everytime.

Exactly, Tracii is an excellent player, but definitely not as good as Slash.  The only member I might take from L.A. Guns over GN'R would be drummer Steve Riley over Matt...probably not Steve though.

To a Gn'R purist, this disturbs me greatly.

Tracii is cool, and I really love his work on the first L.A. Guns album, but how anyone can listen to that versus Appetite For Destruction and think Tracii would have done a better job is beyond me. Your opinion though; who am I to knock it?

The greatest thing about the old Gn'R lineup wasn't really the talent of each individual, but what the band became when it was those five guys together. The group became more than the sum of its parts. And that was the magic.

You guys do know that Tracii Guns was IN Gun's N' Roses before Slash, right?

It's actually where GNR got their name (Tracii) Gun(s) N' (Axl) Rose(s). Slash is way better BTW.

Tracii is not that bad, but any other GNR guitarist was/is better (maybe except for Paul Huge as he probably didn't play much, I'm not sure what exactly he played at Oh My God)
