HTGTH Bartenders Guide

I thought it might be nice to see what everyone's favorite homemade drinks might be so we could all share recipes, and discover new favorites
Post whatever concoction you invented/discovered or whatever drink you've been really favoring lately.
Lately with the warm weather, I cant get enough Brown Cows which is simply:
Lots of Ice
Shot and a half to 2 shots Kahlua
Fill to top with cold milk
Let's see your drink speacialties

For my fav you need 4 cl on countreu
You pour it to a cognac glass and light with a match. Then you put your hand on top so you suppress the fire and the glass is sucked stuck to your hand by the vacuum, then sniff the fumes and drink it. The few remaining frops are poured on a bottoms up shot-glass and you sniff those too.
It gets you drunk fast.

MY bartender at this Irish pub I go to after work introduced me to that drink.lol not bad.
Personally, On summer days, I stick to Grey Goose and cranberry.
A good drink I like to make for friends,
are frozen Rum Runners.
My way:(best for makng pitchers)
4 oz of bicardi light and dark rum
4 oz of captain morgam spice rum
4 oz of malibu rum
2 oz each of coconut (pina colada mix), strwberry puree, banna puree
8 oz combined orange juice and carannberry.
Fill in blender full of ice. Adn blend to smoothie consistency
Pour into Hurricane Glass. top with 1/2 oz bicardi 151. add orange cherry garnish!

Try a Ceasar. It's basically an Alberta thing, but I believe it's starting to spread.
Rub a wedge of lime on rim of glass to make it wet
Rim with celery salt (or Mott's Ceasar salt, if you can get it, but it's the same shit.)
Ice Cubes if you wish
1 shot of vodka
4 shots of Clamato (a tomoato/clam juice drink, get Mott's if you can, but I don't think you can)
Add tobassco, worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste
Put lime wedge on edge of glass
Put stalk of celery in drink
Enjoy.

2 shots of 151 and a glass of orange juice
or
2 shots of Southern Comfort and a glass of Sprite/7-UP
Anything with more than two ingrediants is more trouble than it's worth.

Ive never seen that movie, so I cant really say..
But I know if I have a kid who refuses to drink white milk...Ill add a wee bit of Kahlua, so the little guy thinks its chocolate milk, and simply wants more and more milk to fuel his growing bones..

If you havent tried the Captain Morgans Tattoo yet, go get a bottle. Good stuff. Spiced Rum with a little sweetness to it. Almost dont need the Coke.

My favorite created concoction:
Sloe Sour Virgin Juice.
1 part Sloe Gin,
1 part sour mix
1 part vodka
Add Cranberry juice to taste (OJ works, too...but Cranberry is the way to go).

Add ice to taste.
