Hmm. just try to relax your mind ... and keep calming (outside and inside of you), plus, you can slowly breath or smt else.

Jessica, sex used to do it before, but now when I do it with a condom I just get very little satisfaction of it.

- meditate/self-hypnosis

- smoke weed (this is more for recreation though, not for anxiety/depression relief)
