1988 MTV Awards - Welcome To The Jungle (was performed live at the awards show)

1991 MTV Awards - Live And Let Die (taped August 31 `91 at Wembley Stadium in England)
(this was the B-Side for the Live And Let Die single)

1992 American Music Awards - Yesterdays (taped January `92 in Las Vegas)
(this was the B-Side for the Yesterdays single, and also was on Live Era)

The only DVD quality one out of that list would be the 2002 VMA performance, which was put on an unreleased Emmy-consideration DVD.

I've never seen even good VHS quality of the rest.
