He says they did tour in Asia, South and Central America, Europe and gonna do UK, Australian (maybe) and then States

That would be all sorts of awesome.  If that rumored December date in Australia does happen, you'd figure they'd schedule other dates around that, so maybe a winter tour in the US?  It keeps getting pushed back though, it's getting a little frustrating.  I know Franks comment about late summer/early fall wasn't meant to be factual, and neither is this, but we want some GNR in the States sometime soon.  Maybe we'll get a tour to coincide with the next album?

Maybe the "Azoff issue" fucked the US tour for a moment and GN'R now has time to plan a 2011 tour.

I'm sure the "Azoff issue" f'ed up a lot of things.  As long as they get here eventually, which I'm sure they will.
