the last one was the animatrix. its pretty cool , the only thing i didnt like its that the Wachowskis didnt appear in the commentary bonus , i think its ok that they dont do press stuff , but why they dont talk in a dvd for the fans?

Sukie it looks like you have good taste in movies , so why did you like sweet home alabama?? i think it was pretty boring and cliche even for a romantic comedy. [peace]

Well, Neko, what can I say?  I'm a sucker for cliche' romantic comedies...Everybody's allowed a bit of bad taste every once in while, huh?

Last dvd that I bought was A Guy Thing.  (?)  Think that's the right title.  I let a friend borrow it so I can't check right now (well, I could look it up online, but too lazy).  The scoop on this movie is...rent it.  Definitely funny enough for the $4 to rent.  Don't buy it.  Just my 2 cents, though.  To me, it is not a must have for your collection.  It is funny, but I got a phone call in the middle of watching it and took the call.  If it had been really good, I wouldn't have answered the phone, know what I mean?

I'm beginning to wonder why I bother buying dvd's at all.  I should rent first then if I really love it, I could buy it.  But then, I don't want to spend the money on something I've already seen.   Undecided

neko-  I'm not much into animations.  Thanks for the tip, though.

kj_jive-  I think that Axl will make a triumphant return much sooner than Pauly Shore!   [rofl]  Do you remember when he was on MTV?  or am I so old that I just dreamed that up?  Sometimes I have to wonder if things actually happened because they are sooooo far fetched that it is incredible.  Only in real life...

I'll start...

The Ultimate Ric Flair Collection (Terrific Retrospective of Ric Flair's career featuring some of his most classic matches of all time against Dusty Rhodes, Harley Race, Sting, HHH, Terry Funk, Barry Windham, and of course Ricky Steamboat)

Scarface: 20th Anniversery Edition (Haven't seen the extra features yet, but I heard they were ace. The movie is on my top of all time list as well)

Last DVD I bought was PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN.

The new SCARFACE release rules!  The special features are really great.  It's my favorite movie, so I was thrilled that such a great special edition finally got released.

How is the Ric Flair DVD set? I heard good things about it.

I came up with a lot of DVD's over the holidays: Use Your Illusion I, Use Your Illusion II, Spider-Man box set, Daredevil, and X2.
