Well the more I read the less I want to believe about this but when it comes to March and The Greatest Hits are out will you buying the greatest hits when it cums out but a lot people think that this album means the end of Chinese Democracy I think it's going some where.

Remember we got WTTV on DVD and UYI on DVD now the greatest hits maybe to close the old I know the Live Era was meant to close off the old band but I think the greatest hits will do just that.

But time will only tell with Chinese Democracy, question is will u buying the greatest hits?

Nope.

Edit: OK, more than one word.  Ignoring the fact that it looks like it might piss Axl off (which is never a good thing), the track list sucks.  In addition, I own every song listed on the track listing, and could easily compile my own version of the GH album, legally...so why buy it?

So, to sum up: Nope.

maybe then if there is something new with it....

and if these songs are remixed with the current members playing on them, I will download it. otherwise I'm not going to spend my money to something I already have.

I already have all those songs, why would I?

Without any extra material I won't be buying it.

I guess u've all made very good points some one needs to tell Universal that lol what all we have just said but that will do nothing because all they care about having your money which they wont have very stupid.

The Track listing does suck, I own the songs any way, nothing new

good points lets see what every one else has to say about this.

Why would any fan of this band buy this CD?

You own these discs - make your own CD, I did several years ago.  I've got another with new songs on it, and some mixed with the various solo projects.  Just make your own.  This CD is nothing but a money grubbing excuse by the record company.

Hell it even sounds like Axl Doesn't want you to buy it (or does he?)   I say or does he because he sure didn't mind the fact that the three DVD's came out not long ago.  The way I see it is that if Pantera can release a greatest hits CD (I dont' care if you like their music or not)  They at least put a DVD in it with all their videos.

I'm not waisting my cash on this CD.  Hell "a good song can be found anywhere, do your self a favor and go" find yourself some new music to listen to.

Ill buy it....why not... I already own all of the CD's already... I have never heard Axl or any member of GnR say dont buy this CD.  Just a bunch of fucks on the internet think they know alot and they dont speak for axl or the band.  If Axl didnt want it out. It wouldnt come out. Simple ....  oh and one small bit.....Ill bet that if this CD has access to a new special Weblink with free downloads of new songs or videos you fuckers will change your minds real quick... Dont be so quick to judge what you know nothing about.......  peace

pretty simple:

No new songs no extras just old songs, no approval of the band (seems like at least..)

Well if you ask me thers is no way in hell that i am going to buy this shit.

We been fucked in the ass constantly by this desaster called GNR over the last 5 years and i will not be like saying "Nice step bro'" by buying this creepy selection of songs.

NOOOO FUCKING WAY peace

when I first heard about the gh album I thought great! But the more I read about it the less I want to buy it. I to have all the songs on that album so there is really no point. So my answer would be no unless they decide to put on some new tracks.

I don't think it will contain a link to a "special" site.  and even if it did I bet everyone could figure out how to get to that site without buying the cd.

I won't be buying this cd, It just doesn't feel right.   no

If it was a sanctioned by Axl/The Band, then I would buy it. But the fact that this is being released against their wishes means I am not buying it.

That and it doesn't have Brownstone. Tongue

Yes I will buy it. Why not? The tracklisting rocks .. all the "singles" GNR has put out on one official disc!!

Great CD to bring out in my car. I bought WTTV and both tokyo DVD's so why not buy this too? I have every official GNR release and I wanna keep my collection up to date.

Axl doesnt want this released? Wow , he didnt send me that memo. *shrugs* Regardless , even if axl doesnt want it released , so what? It's not like Axl Rose has been going out of his way to release anything new for us.

I'll buy this album and enjoy the fuck outta it ... but thats me. Nobody is forcing anyone else to buy it. I think it's great that the label is throwing us a fricking bone here ... the only mistake they made was calling the album "the greatest hits" instead of "the singles"
