Guns can't play Rio beacause Buckethead left right?  So that means they must of been going to play new material because if they were going to do the 2002 setlist they really wouldn't need him, and still sign on to play because Axl would  love to play Rio again.  So CD may have been closer than we thought, then again?

well, they do have to rewrite BH's parts/solo's live though... so that might take some work... if they dont play anything during his solos it would be boring.

and when he leaves maybe it left holes in the songs that can be filled by the others, but have to be found and shit first.. hell, i dunno :p
