MR Slash Guitar

Hi

Im interested to know how Slash's guitar mouth thing works,  Slash has used it in shows like Tokyo.  He uses it in his guiatr solo as well were he has something going in to his mouth and then plays his guiatr.

i have no idea how it works any help me out
