They preformed the same way they do everynight, it was amazing.

I liked the extended intro to Slither more than the extended post solo they usually do.

Those guys have some serious chemistry...

Kind of wish they'd stayed away from the covers and played
a couple more off the new release.

Oh well, the crowd loved it...

What the hell is wrong with you people???

That show was lame, the sound was subpar, Slash was screwing up every lead..the rhythm player completely upstaged him during Set Me Free.

It was all attitude and no substance...for the love of God, watch a Queen DVD or the Zeppelin DVD, thats a rock n roll show..this was look at us we are still badass but dont pay attention to our songs cause they all sound the same and have no ounce of passion or swagger that made them famous..

How long will it take before someone puts the video of it up? I missed it and would love to see it.

How about you don't judge them base on one show.. check out some other shows. As off as they were today.....The energy & performance was incredible as they went from the Hives to VR

Ok so The Hives sucked and the frontman thought he was Mick Jagger...I wasnt reviewing them.

Ive heard Minneapolis Bootleg and have heard Contraband. I just don't get it, everyone on this board thinks they are Gods..be honest, it was a subpar show and their "best album we've recorded" is extreamely subpar too... and it was easy to see how much better the covers were than their original material.

I'm just disapointed Undecided

Wow I'm really gonna listen to someone who doesn't know Dave Kushner's name. Second did you ever think that Slash doesn't play lead on Set Me Free? God forbid "the rythym player" plays lead on a track.

No, that's a classic rock recital.

I've seen VR live, heard the boots and bought the record and "for the love of God", they put on a damn good rock n roll show...

Slash was screwing up every lead..

I credit this to the fact that he probably had quite a bit to drink before they went on...

Why would it matter if I knew his name??..Dave Kushner..ex Suicidal Tendencie member, the so called secret ingredient to VR, plays a Revelle by Fernandes, wore a Black Sabbath shirt in the Slither video!!!...There! now I know who he is Roll Eyes

Do what you want though, live in denial. Kushner smoked Slash during that dueling lead, I just thought it was odd that "SLASH" got upstaged

Does it really matter? He isn't perfect, people are allowed to have off days once in a while. When I saw them live in NYC Slash was on the mark the whole night.

Dave was never in Suicidal Tendencies. Try Wasted Youth

However, he did play with bassist Rob Trujillo of Suicidal and now Metallica

Shit for those who kept the video feed

Slash just came on stage with The Strokes!!!!

He played the solo for NYC Cops!!

It was awesome..I am dead serious too

"Here is our favourite guitarist SLASH"

AT the end he said "give it up for the best living guitarist, our pal, all of our guitar work based on Slash..he hugged everyone in the band"

That was cool Grin
