how do you reach the 17th fret on an acoustic.  Huh

the body connects to the neck at the 12th on my 1/2 sized piece of shit classical. it only has 17 frets

but good on ya man that woulda been tough to accomplish.

try and record it  ok

Hi,

My acoustic (local one) has a nice cut that touches at the 15th fret... The guitar has 21 frets. I don't have an electric, so i have to improvise for now...  Cry

I might record it, i'm not sure i can post it... From where i come, connecting to the net once a week on a dialup is a blessing...

In short, no you can't.  Unless you have electric string on it.

Can you actually get the vibrato on when bending two steps on an acoustic?  If you can, you're strings are too light.

Steven's drumming made the band; he made a big musical difference.  His sense of swing was the push and pull that gave those songs their feel, afterwards, nothing worked. ~ Izzy Stradlin

Actually on my acoustic i can barely bend a string (hardly half step), my strings are too tight...
So I play without bending, when possible
