It appears that as of now 42 percent that look at the front page aren't registered on the messageboards. So, I think a good way to get more users to post is to make them sign-up before they are able to see the latest news but that's just my opinion.

You can do what you want with your site.

And this is just my opinion but forcing people to register/post so that they can get info is not all that good of an idea.

I hate it when I go to a messageboard that has a certain download and I have to be a member with at least 10 posts in order to get something.

I've thought about it and come to the conclusion I prefer things the way they are.

If people only want to read, they should be able to without registering.

We don't have anything to hide here either.  hihi
