Misssing Pages in cd booklets

Is there anyway to buy just the cd booklet alone.....when i bought UY1 it was missing about 3 pages and it jsut kinda bugs me and now i seem to have lost my UY2 booklet anyone know of a way to purchase these?

Hmmm... well, my advice would be to go to a used cd / record shop.  There you can find reasonably priced cds.  Around where I live, you can purchase those Use Your Illusion albums for $5, which is quite cheap.  I'd just take out the new booklet, give the cd to a friend with your not so perfect booklet and viola.  Everyone is happy!
