you may not be a mod on this forum but i could make you one on mine all you have to do is get others to join, tell them to send me a pm saying it was you who told them about the site once you get five members to join i will make you a mod

yeah, it's hard in the beginning. the most important thing is just to keep on going no matter what, even on the days where it seems like it's never going to work.

yeah, i need more members and its a slow process but i guess i will get there in the end

once you get them it's just the beginning

and you're only as good as the people around you - you should  consider having someone help you run it or just be in charge of promoting it.

plus one common thing you'll find on all succesful forum like htgth is dedicated moderators.

best of luck just remember getting discouraged is the absolute worst thing you can do
