Like yeah people were sayin dumb shit like she would be dead etc.

U can run away and regret it if/when something happens

or u can do something about it and make a better life for your family.

just prepare yourself for when that moment happens

will u sit on your ass and let something bad happen? or will u be a hero and save your family?

Take D`s advice. Do what you can, but get out of that situation and hope your family listens to reason. There is only so much you can do, do what you can for your family but put yourself and your well being above all else. You are smart enough to see the situation for what it is, unfortunately your family does not.
