When I was in High School (before the internet) I took a casette tape of Stairway To Heaven and cut out the  part we are talking about and taped it in backwards, I heard the same thing, sounds like he says  "my sweet satan". THey probrally figured out how to do this in the studio to create a mystique for the song,  and I`m sure they got a laugh or two watching the christian fundamentalists freak out about it.
