Anyone heard the new single from Former Creed frontman Scott Stapp?

Sounds exactly like Creed which is a good thing.

The song kicks ass and he hasnt lost a step.

This album is one I am really looking forward to owning.

I'm actually curious to hear his new album. I didn't hate Creed the way others did. Sure it was corporate, lightweight pap, but they had some good songs. We'll see if his album fares better than Alter Bridge.

Without turning this into a Scott Stapp vs Alter Bridge debate, Scott was the one thing I didn't like about Creed, but I always liked the music, and I think Alter Bridge is great. Mark Tremonti really shreds on their album.

It's pretty damn good. Not sure i prefer it to Alter Bridge though.

Scott can fairly sing it's just the way he signs words like chase. "CHHAAAEEESUH"

Can be annoying.

Im going to see Alter Bridge in a week actually ok

A-fucking-men. I actually own Creed's first two albums, and Scott's vocals are listenable on a few select tracks but after that, his cheap Eddie Vedder impersonation gets old very quickly. As Evo pointed out, even his overpronounciation of words drives me crazy! "Ill show you eveeeeeeeraaaaaaaythaaaaaaang uhhhhhhhhh yueaaaaaaaaaah" By the way, Alterbridge had a decent album, few snorefest tracks but their guitarist can indeed shred ok
