Ok...from what I gather the head goes inside

but the lips are all non-symmetric...aren't they just gonna poke you from the inside?

But I think I figured out what the tail is for!!

I'm guessing there is more than one way to use it.  It is possible that neither go "inside".  And if it does, getting "poked from the inside" isn't always a bad thing.
