It's an actor. Supposed to represent Dylan, Stephanie's kid. Sure you can find out more about that in the Dead Horse section. I believe there are several threads about that there.

No, they had already broken up. So Axl wasn't allowed to see Dylan at the time. Maybe it's another kid he knows, but I guess they just hired him.

Take away the lifts and the beard, add alot of make up and you would hardly recognize Danny Woodburn. Better known for his work on Seinfeld

It's not an actor...at least in the scene when he is giving Dylan the flowers thats footage from when they were shooting nov. rain.

The only thread I found over there about it said it was Dylan and not some actor. I've seriously never heard of them hiring an actor to play Dylan.
