i went to download last year and going this year too, its great on the nite, theres fairgrounds rides and all that, the best was 40-a-side football it was lethal

it'a gonna rock!  add my name to that list Jarmo - my tickets arrived last week   peace

anyone know of any hotels (cheap ) nearby ish that might have availability?  Have never been to download before and am not 100% sure on where it is (or how I'm getting there, or who I'm going with!  - BUT I KNOW WHO i'LL BE WATCHING PLAY!)

I am going to take my son and his mate up to Donnington.  Last time I was there I saw GNR in '88, I got cracked over the head half way through their set by crowd moshing but I refused to be carried out of the crowd.  I'm quite a bit older now but still an avid GNR fan.  Can't wait to see them at Download.  Seriously thinking about going over to Leipzig to see them with Rolling Stones too.  BTW, I'm travelling from Nuneaton so have room for two more passengers if anyone wants a lift.

I Order them as soon as GNR were confirmed!

A nice young lady knocked on my door at 6pm and said are you Mr Gibbinson!!

I thought she heard the rumours about me and wanted a bit of action!!!

But no she handed an white envolpe to me and I had to sign said thank you, thought my past had come back to haunt me and it was the courts claiming I had to pay chilid benfits!!

open it up and got the shock of my life my DOWNLOAD tickets, which are quite smart!!

I'm pretty sure I paid for recorded delivery, and I think you had to on Tickermaster anyway?! I ordered the tickets first week of April I think.
