The match become a no contest, no official decision was given, same happened at Backlash whe Show nailed Kane with the chair....

...the ref never called for the bell, a decision was never announced and the results both times on wwe.com had their matches down as 'no contests'

Way back when they were all about double count outs.  At Survivor Series in the 80s to 'protect' the big names they'd have double count outs to eliminate them, now we hardly get them, hell the referee can't be arsed counting most of the time, although their are exceptions, when the planned finish is a count out they seem to speed up and count ultra fast...
