In addition to the standard edition of SLIPKNOT's new album, "All Hope Is Gone", a special edition of the LP will be released featuring three bonus tracks, expanded artwork and a bonus DVD containing "Nine: The Making Of All Hope Is Gone" ? a 35-minute documentary directed by SLIPKNOT percussionist Shawn "Clown" Crahan.

Gotta love the new single - something unmistakenly Slipknot about it. Nice to see a band stick to their guns when every other band chases trends

Some crazy drum work - one wonders if they use the same dustbin lids Metallica used for St Anger....

The drums sound nothing like St. Anger's. Get your ears checked Mr. Tone deaf.

That was a joke, I like the drum work - but the three drummers have an intresting sound, an unorthodox sound...

the song snuff i thought from the begining was way too stone sour-ish or something (it's pretty much all-acoustic, and i'm a fan of stone sour, so i thought it would fit them more), but right now i really like it and think what does it matter if it's stone sour or slipknot.. the song's good damn it

Its the most simple and catchy song on the album.

The other tracks, damn you get about 5 different riffs and break downs through each.

My favorite song is probably the first proper track on the album, that song fuckin kicks the shit out of you man. Its very Thrash Metal mixed with those slipknot drums and rythyms.

Slipknot was always shamefully bad lyrics and half a dozen unneeded band members

...but they still managed (perhaps thru blind luck) 3-4 good tracks per album

This new album sounds like Stone Sour b-sides....typical '00 generic american metal
