the amount of money is just too crazy i think, but if he would do a bruno movie i hope it's gonna be the same way as the borat movie and not like the ali g in da house, AGIDH is a fun movie but yeah

here's some funny clips with bruno of you haven't seen him before

The film has far exceeded predictions and expectations in the states, going straight to the top of the box office charts (it was expected to hit 3rd-5th) This is despite it opening in half as many theatres than the Santa Clause 3.

As for what was and wasn't staged, i'm pretty sure that the 'jew house' scene and the signing scene were both staged.

bruno is a weaker character

reminder:

Mr. Baron Montesquieu, Charles de Secondat of his real name , in his Persian Letters started it all.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persian_Letters [wikipedia.org]

ps: funny how Montesqieu is a Baron ... baron .... sacha baron cohen .... anywhoo.

Great movie. I was afraid I would be disappointed after all the hype but that was not the case. I laughed practically the whole movie. Definitely need to see it again.

The Bed and Breakfast scene was scripted as there are a few continuity errors in it. The book signing was also staged. The rodeo scene made the news the next day, if he really tried to kidnap Pamela Anderson it would have made the news for sure.

Or they're embarrased. Could be either case.

I thought the same, but then again, I figured... If it had have been me making the movie, I would have actually tried to kidnap her. What's the worse that they could have charged you with?

... Then again, getting her to sign the release may not have been the easiest in the world. But I would have just paid her well.  Smiley

You know, if they ever make a movie about Freddie Mercury, Sacha should play him. I mean, his Borat character looks like a less refined version of Freddie. Just style his hair and moustache and voila, you have Freddie!? hihi

Who's who?? Roll Eyes
him playing freddie would proberbly be the biggest insult to queen ever, but i suppose they do look similar hihi
