i noticed the Hammerstein DVDs are split in to 2 discs, while 17th didnt fit on 1 disc, i think 12th and 14th will
does anyone know any way i can join the 2 discs together and maybe also add a menu with song selection?

I personally would use Nero. However off the top of my head i wouldnt know how to combine them into one. But I use Nero for menus and what not.
