I like the new song.  It has a Talking Heads feel to me.

What's everyone's thoughts on the new single superblood wolfmoon? I like it, it is more the typical pearl jam sound.

Love both of the new songs and looking forward to the album.  Tour has been postponed unfortunately though.

New album will take a few listens. Seven O’Clock is my favourite at the moment, though.

I'm hoping more of the album grows on me with additional listens. I really like the 1st half but I'm afraid the back half has a few klunkers.

The back half took a good 4-5 spins to finally click for me.

That was a great performance, cool to see his wife and daughters involved too. Kind of surprised me though considering how private he is.

Dark Matter, the band's twelfth studio album, is officially out now.

It’s surreal to even type out that sentence.

We’ve had the pleasure of sharing Dark Matter with you in some way this week, whether you were able to attend an early listening party or screening. Thank you all who made it out!

Now, we’re excited for you to listen to the record in the comfort of your own space. And when you do, listen to it LOUD.

I've been listening to Dark Matter all week, and I think it's Pearl Jam's best album since No Code. I wasn't too thrilled with Gigatron,'so my expectations were low, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed Dark Matter.

Eddie Vedder's solo album a few years ago, along with Dark Matter, has given Pearl Jam a fresh and modern sound. Andrew Watt's production brought a new level of energy to the band.

Some of my favorite tracks are Wreckage, Won't Tell, Upper Hand, and Got to Give.

Yes, there's no replicating albums like 'Ten' or 'Vs.'—we all know that, and so do they. Some of their late '90s and early 2000s albums sounded repetitive and boring, but it's been great watching them evolve over the years.

On a side note, one could only wish Guns N' Roses had... well, you know....
