I'm not much of a Mayer fan, but I enjoy the new album.  It's not as poppy as the other stuff I've heard, and most, if not all the songs are mid-tempo.  It sounds far more mature and consistent than previous efforts, though, enough so that I've listened through it several times already and am still enjoying it.
