I mean, he's on the reocrd right? So, he's gonna wanna know when it's coming out, what parts of his are on the final cut etc...

Do you think Bucket is kept in the loop by GNR or will he find out about "CD" along with the rest of us...?  confused

but I think that they are still in contact in personal life...

btw, didnt someone from the band found Buckethead in 2001, when that whole hemorraging thing had happened?

Probably not much contact now that Brain is on leave. So what hemorraging thing are we talking about?

I doubt they'd keep him informed, however if he's gonna have some input on CD, they're gonna have to consult him about the legalities. It's my personal opinion (as well as many others I'm sure) that these legalities are what's stalling the release. The number of people involved on this album could require an album in itself just for the credits.  Tongue

No, I don't think he's being informed about the proccess of Chinese Democracy.

I also don't think Buckethead really cares that much, but I do hope that he's proud of the things he achived on the record, because the solos, among other things that we've heard from the leaks are just amazing.

Maybe Brain keeps him up to date, but I think Bucket doesn't even care anymore. He has moved forward, is doing is own thing, he just has put out a great album and an amazing boxset, why should he still care. He wasn't fired, he left.

And I don't think that his parts will remain on the album. That wouldn't make any sense to releae a major comeback album with a lead guitarist who isn't in the band anymore. I'm sure most of his parts were redone by Robin & Richard, with a few additions by Ron.
