anyway.......Woo hoo!!!!!!....team canada is goin to the gold medal game, edged out the US in a shootout to advance.  right now Russia is up on Sweden in the 3rd so looks like the last 2 games will be

Sweden Vs USA - Bronze Medal Game
Canada Vs Russia - Gold Medal Game

damn straight ok

russia for silver and USA got Bronze if anybody cares

Germany and Belarus have been removed from the tournament next year for Kazakstan and Denmark i think....but i'm not 100% on those 2 teams being in in 2008 so dont quote me on it peace

The junior team I work with here in Texas was supposed to lose a player to Slovakia's team.  He played for them last year, but this year, somehow didn't end up going over for it.  Not sure why.
