Dont bother buying it. Its garbage. I'm still shocked that they allowed it to be released. They should pull the album from the shelves. It puts a stain on their legacy, but luckily not very many people have heard it.

According to a posting on Led-Zeppelin.com, LED ZEPPELIN legends Jimmy Page and Robert Plant are scheduled to perform together at the upcoming Montreux Jazz Festival on June 30, 2006 in Montreux, Switzerland as part of a tribute to Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun.

Imagine you're Jimmy Page, guitar god and member of one of the most magnificent bands in music history, with millions of people worshiping you even now,25 years after the band ended.? Would you really give a flyin fuck about a stupid Grammy Lifetime Achievment Award?

I mean cone on, 20-30 years from now P.Diddy is gonna get one of those

Considering when they were at the hight of their popularity they were the most hated band by the critics

i think they grew and evolved after four symbols in the same way i hope gnr do.

houses of the holy and physical graffitti are the door to a better, more rocking world. when i stepped through i could never return.

some of the later stuff doesnt do it for me as much but they took their music from just being brilliant to being stratospherically good.

so, errm, in short, no.

Houses of the Holy was great, great, great, as was Physical graffiti. And then they began to suck. I love'm anyway! So fucking heavy.

If they took more time with Presence, I'm sure it would've been another killer album.

Prescence has a lot of great music on it- it just isn't as consistently great, as say Physical Graffiti. But I really think there's a lot of really interesting idea there, that perhaps didn't get finished as slickly as they might have done but are still worth far more time than most albums I've come across lately.

I like Presence. Achilles is my favorite Zep tune, so that alone puts the album up there for me. But I definitely find more average songs on this album than any of their other ones.

They got old.

However, im confused which dvd this is.

is it the lame one with the fictional movies in between. or is it the ace dvd with the cover of like australian sand dunes or something on the front?
