Zeppelin on Letterman Monday night.  What's this all about?  My neighbor will cream his pants if they announce they are touring.

That was a fun interview.  So is the Kennedy Center thing going to be on TV or some where?

Yeah, it's televised, it was on CBS last time. Sounded like the performers did Led Zep justice. Grohl took drums and Hawkins took vocals when the Foo Fighters performed. Not sure what Tenacious D did.

Celebration Day was pretty cool... it was nice to see some of the magic again, even though John Bonham was missed!!

Best band ever.  Cheesy

I thought Stairway to Heaven was the best performance.

It was a very good performance, it showed that they still had some magic left in the bottle.

One thing I took from it was their performance had not been mellowed with age. Granted Robert cant hit the same notes as he used to but they did not go soft like a lot of other bands their age.

Although these aren't technically bootlegs, you should get How the West Was Won, an amazing 3 Disc live album (official release) from 2003.
While you're at it, get the 2003 2 DVD set, which is incredible and also the 2 disc special edition of the concert film The Song Remains the Same.

Also the Led Zeppelin BBC Sessions is excellent!
That should be good for starters !
