I can understand why people wouldn't 'get' the intro, but I think it's the most amazing part of this demo, and the way the little gimmick is built in the loud guitars later on. Great stuff. Great vocals too. In the studio, standing still and all, Axl can do anything he damn pleases with his voice ! Great. Bring on the album !

Hmmm, the March rumor might still be true. A single being "released" a month before the album (late march???). Maybe we're getting a taste a few days before the song(s) goes to radio. Just a late night thought. Hopefully the rest of Better surfaces tomorrow.

I thought IRS was good....but this is REAL good.  The intro is awesome...my favorite part as well.  This is going to be a great song.  I hope they don't monkey with it too much.

One last thought. "Better" doesn't sound demo-ish to me. It sounds final release quality. The production is great. It sounds a little dirty from being compressed into mp3, but I feel its the album version. The quality is way better than "Oh My God". Thats what led me to post my previous post.

I agree. Its just a little too 'polished'. Has it been confirmed that this is really from the Trunk cd? Or is that just speculation? Just because it was leaked at the same time by the same people doesnt mean its from the same disc.

i believe it. no one believed tommy or dizzy about a soon release date, or recent positive remarks about CHiDem, but it looks like finally..... after so many goddamn long years, things are finally going to start happening.
too many coincidences. my bet is.... this is it. soon.
