First, this is the best thread ever.  Very enjoyable three pages.  I'd like to congratulate President Bush for naming one daughter after his mother and the other after the world's most famous porn star.

Not exactly.  A lack of charges could mean a number of things.  First (and most likely, I should add), no crime was committed.  Second, there isn't enough evidence to bring charges.  Third, a crime isn't reported.  Now, while I have many doubts about Bill Clinton being a rapist (or, to be more blunt, I don't believe Bill Clinton is a rapist), it all really comes down to the logic behind the idea that if A --> B, that does not imply that the presence of B means the presence of A.
