Scientology said it would fight the criminal charges recommended by investigating prosecutor Jean-Claude Van Espen, who said that up to 12 unidentified people should face charges.

As I was reading this I was relieved that Jean-Claude Van Damme didn't quit making B movies.

I'm a bit disappointed that Van Damme isn't the prosecutor.  That would make for one great B Movie!  Van Damme smacks down the church of scientology?   hihi
