This is a really cool album, one of their best! Good hooks, slick production, it kinda sounds a bit like Spacehog. Go check it out.

If all goes well Im hoping to have this album in my stalking this year for X-Mas. Ive been a big Collective Soul fan for years and Blender was an outstanding album and from what Ive heard, this one is just as good. The first single is a straight up good rock tune.

I searched and couldn't find an official collective soul thread, only one on their last album.  Anyway I haven't seen any new threads about their new album Afterwords.  Definately one of the best albums this year, I love every single song!  This is one album that needs more talk.

I've always liked them pretty good band with good songs. I haven't heard any of the new stuff yet though.
