i've had a 3-days weekend from tuesday til today thursday now hihi

Today I am giving up Junk Food for a very very long time.


3 and a half years ago I gave up Meat and became a vegetarian

almost 1 year ago I gave up drinking sodas.


4 months ago I gave up drinking anything with sugar and I now only drink water *Unless I run a 10 miler and I drink some of that new Gatorade 2 stuff*

Now, I am wanting to give up sweets forever.

I can still have sugar in protein bars or regular foods, I can have Fruit that contains sugar. but nothing like candy, ice cream and other stuff like that.

I am a food addict and I must stop myself.


I have 20 pounds to lose until I am at my goal weight of 170, And that starts NOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

D, you think that's bad, try being injured and forced to rest!  I had a giant Reese's Peanut Butter Cup heart yesterday and washed it down with splitting some Ben N' Jerry's with my wife for Valentine's Day.  Dinner tonight?  Chinese food...yeah, fried and mega-tasty!  I can't even go out and run this shit off.  Now that is depressing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  crying

Adding insult to injury, I just tried a new potato chip, and it's my new all-time favorite:  Herr's Jalapeno Kettle Chip.  God damn they're good!
