I got two great seats for their first two shows at New Meadowlands Stadium in May. First artist to headline it -- not including their secret show last week. Not a HUGE Jovi fan, but want to experience the new stadium  |

Plus I'm a Jersey-boy. So it's in my blood to like Bon Jovi. I saw them in '06 at Giants Stadium and it was fun, so I'm expecting nothing less. |

Yeah, there are a few.... I will admit, first listen through, I didn't like half the songs BUT, it usually takes me about 3 times through an album to really click with it.
This definitely isn't a "ROCK" album bout in the same vein as "Crush"

I see. I thought they were supposed to get back to the rock with this one? Yeah but yknow what Jovi are like when it comes to making sure they make money n have hits also. I highly doubted theyd actually put out a rock album like the 80s. |

thats the problem Mr Lee. Their rock albums in the 80's were the highest selling, best albums they ever put out.
I honestly don't hear any hits on this CD. maybe a few more listens... but its kinda average so far and that is disheartening.

yeah... but the more i listen.... U know how u get real excited to hear something and then the more u listen.. it kind of starts losing its mojo?
Well with this.. First time through, I was like YEAH this is gonna fucking rule
but after a couple more.. its not growing.. its actually getting worse where I don't have any desire to listen
hopefully that changes.
Jon is getting too political with this stuff and I don't listen to Bon Jovi for "politics" i don't listen to music period for "Politics" Politics are fucking boring.
