Bon Jovi are pretty cool, actually, they're far from 'cool' but i still love 'em. They've done a bit of an 'Aerosmith' lately, but Bounce was brilliant [yes], they remembered what rock was.
Really? Bounce is that good? I haven't gotten it yet cause I didn't know if it was decent...I'm tired of buying cds that end up being crap!

i like their early albums, songs like wanted dead or alive, never say goodbye but i agree that their music is totally gorgonzola...too poppy trying to appeal to 10 year olds...
so what songs on bounce actually rock?

Bounce isnt amazing, nowhere near as good as slippery, but, its still a decent cheese rock album. It's a lot more of a guitar record than the last few have been, with i think is great. And IMO, the whole album seemed, more 'together' than crush, i dont know why, it just felt that way.
Anyway, Bon Jovi rule [ok]

The only thing I own related to Bon Jovi is Richie Sambora's irst solo album. Never was a big fan but I could tolerate listening to them.
Lately however with all these live appearances for the NFL I think Mr. Bon Jovi is sounding pretty rough.

I know Axl and Bon Jovi don't really click together but does anyone here lke them besides me? I have all of their albums ever made... I'm a huge fan. I have Keep the Faith but its broke, so not every album at this second. [rant]
I do think they are pretty good. One thing I can say for sure is that Jon Bon Jovi can sing better then Axl Rose. Anyone agree? Later...

yeah Bon Jovi are great. Jon Bon Jovi's a good singer but I think Axl's better.
Then again if they were to sing each other's songs they wouldn't be as good so I guess they're both as good as each other.

I own 2 Bon Jovi albums....I'm not crazy about them,I just like a few songs specially "I'll be there for you"....they are very commercial in a strange way.
they have no chance against GNR.

I am a Bon Jovi fan too (yes, with all the albums), and I think they are great but... they don't even come close to Guns N' Roses, in my opinion.

Bon Jovi's old stuff is pretty good but I agree with Christina - they still don't come close to Guns N'Roses. And Jon singing better than Axl. Well, his voice might sound clearer at concerts but I still like Axl voice way better. Axl doesn't sound the same on every damn song. [peace]

Notice the amount of females in this thread? Ohh, I'm a sexist bitch.
Seriously though, I never liked his music, maybe if I was a 15 year old chick with acne problems or a male who deep down is a repressed homosexual, I'd love him forever more.
