Schwarzenegger Says Terminator 5 Starts Filming Early 2014!

TheArnoldFans is in Australia for the next few days covering Arnold Schwarzenegger's big visit and his participation in the 21st Century Financial Education Summit. Schwarzenegger is speaking at various locations and seminars but it hasn't been all talk about business entrepreneurs and sports leaders because Arnold did talk a little about his next big film. "Terminator 5 starts filming early 2014," said the T-800 star himself and even said production would begin in January or February. Schwarzenegger also told us he would receive a final script for Terminator 5 and Triplets (a sequel to Twins) in the next couple of weeks.

Wow, this sounds like its going to be a blockbuster and THE film to see. I love all of the Terminator franchise and even thought the chronicles series was cool, can't wait.

Nice, the first video is an absolute masterpiece. The 3rd is ok, but gets ruined by the worst John Connor ever and the 4th doesn't have good scripting or acting for the futuristic warriors imo.

I really liked Kristanna loken and arnold in t3. The atmosphere of the movie was ok too. When it comes to Nick Stahl, it is not him but the weak charracterisation of John Connor, which is the writers fault.

Nice the released is on June 26, 2015. Less than two years to go. Nice to Arnold making another Terminator since the last one could have been a lot better. I' sure Arnold would like this to be a big hit since his come back movie this year "The Last Stand" did not do that well is the box office but I feel was a good action movie. Would be cool to have a Guns N' Roses song in the movie and even a new one maybe. Who knows in two years we could have a new album out.

I have a love/hate relationship with the Terminator franchise.  I believe T2 is arguably the best action movie of all time (Predator might have something to say about that) and Terminator is excellent.  T3 while a huge step down from T2 wasn't that bad.  T4 was a god awful piece of shit and I have hated it since it was released.  Hopefully T5 comes back strong. 

The Sarah Connor Chronicles on Fox I thought was awesome.  I loved that show and I am still disappointed it was cancelled.  Anyone else watch it?

I was initially hesitant watching Sarah Connor Chronicles, it seemed like it could have been cheesy but it ended up being quite excellent, especially toward the end of the last season.  The characters, interaction and new angles on the Terminator universe really made it great, not just the action.  Very sad it was cancelled, it was really going somewhere.
I really hope that they can capture some of the spirit of the show in the new movie!
