Do stations download their 'new music' or are they sent Hard Copies?  They could have it in their hands already!

yeah, but they have songs that are catchier and far more poppy. there's better first single material there imo.

Well...'You Could Be Mine' wasn't necessarily poppy if you know what I mean. Guns N Roses, like many rock bands, release a balls-out rocker as the first single. Then we might get a ballad a la 'Don't Cry' as the second single.....

Stands to reason a rocker would lead Chinese Democracy off...and what better than the title of the album

True, but GNR had released some catchy singles well before YCBM

I was really expecting "Better" or an unheard rocker to be the lead

and just to clarify Im not whining or complaining. I want to see this album to be a huge success and didnt envision this to be the lead song for the comeback album

I remember YCBM on the radio and first thought was wow this record is going to kick ass like AFD.
